Dr. Irene asked me to explain any problems or concerns I had, listening attentively and asking many follow-up questions. The cleaning and check-up were very comfortable, and I never felt uneasy. I was given plenty of chances to rest my jaw and rinse my mouth during the 30 minutes I was in the chair. After the appointment, Dr. Irene showed me high-quality pictures of my teeth and explained what care was needed. This visual aid helped me understand her instructions better. The staff wished me goodbye and helped me order a ride-sharing service from the clinic. Overall, I highly recommend Kalm Dental Care for its professionalism, cleanliness, attention to detail, expertise, comfort, and reasonable prices.
