Very good experience, went there several time for scaling .
The Dr found out that i had caries, and treated them perfectly. The Dr is always attentive to any pain we might have, the clinic is neat

I visited Kalm Dental Care in May 2024 for a check-up and cleaning appointment on a Saturday afternoon. I received a reminder a few days before and on the day of the appointment, which was very helpful and showed the clinic's commitment to punctuality.

The clinic was easy to find with good parking facilities. When I arrived, the reception staff welcomed me warmly and asked me to fill out a short, simple questionnaire since it was my first visit. Soon after, I was called into the operating room where Dr. Irene and two dental assistants greeted me.

Dr. Irene asked me to explain any problems or concerns I had, listening attentively and asking many follow-up questions. The cleaning and check-up were very comfortable, and I never felt uneasy. I was given plenty of chances to rest my jaw and rinse my mouth during the 30 minutes I was in the chair.

After the appointment, Dr. Irene showed me high-quality pictures of my teeth and explained what care was needed. This visual aid helped me understand her instructions better.

The staff wished me goodbye and helped me order a ride-sharing service from the clinic.
